1. Agreement

By downloading or using Strokes Gained Training, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

  • The app offers auto-renewing Monthly and Yearly subscriptions, as well as a one-time Lifetime Pro access purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings:
    https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
  • Lifetime Pro access is a single, non-recurring purchase that grants permanent access to all Pro features available at the time of purchase.

3. Free trials

If offered, free trials convert automatically to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless canceled before renewal.

4. Refunds

All payments and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies. We cannot issue direct refunds.

5. Account and data

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

6. Newsletter and Email Communication

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree that your subscription is managed through Beehiiv, a third-party email service provider. Beehiiv is responsible for the technical delivery and management of our newsletter emails. Your use of this service is also subject to Beehiiv’s terms and privacy policy available at https://www.beehiiv.com/privacy.

7. Intellectual property

All content, code, design, and materials within Strokes Gained Training are owned by Jeremy Freiburghaus.
You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

9. Changes to the app or pricing

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Subscription prices may change, but users will be notified in advance according to App Store policies.
